Workforce Shortages / Problems

For the final exam, you are expected to come up with a potential solution for workforce shortages / problems. Your suggested solution must be supported by literature findings, industry practice, and information shared in the class. Each student is expected to submit a written report, no more than 5-7 pages, double spaced, 12 font size.
