My name is Michelle Jones. I have been married to the same wonderful man for thirty-two years. Together we have a young adult son and daughter and one wonderful grandson who runs the show. My family resides in Solon, OH, except for my son, who lives in Tempe, AZ.
I am a Prophet (messenger of God), author, instructor, kingdom influencer, business owner, blogger, and mindset coach.
My professional background is in finance. Right out of college, I was blessed to begin my professional career with all Fortune 500 corporations. I also have experience as an entrepreneur. My husband's family and I operated two McDonald's franchises before my husband and I stepped out into the franchising industry and ran a Shell Service Station. We have a few other businesses we started and sold over the years.
Most recently, I was part of a job reduction from my job where I had been employed for seven years. This has spurred me to start a consulting and coaching business.
I have a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. I recently completed my Master's in Apostolic Leadership from Wagner University. And now, I have started the Doctor of Apolostic Leadership program at Wagner University. I have also been accepted into a master's program for Psychology and Positive Thinking at Indiana Wesleyan University. I will begin fall of 2023.
I am a published author. I released one book in November 2023, Soaring for the Kingdom, and a prayer journal, your 90-days to Cleansing, Refreshing, and Receiving. Both can be found on Amazon. And now, I am working on my next two books. I enjoy reading and writing.
I am the Executive Pastor and Women's Ministry Director at City of Hope Family Worship Center in Cleveland, OH. I am an ordained Prophet. I am a women's conference speaker and also host women's conferences. My most recent women's conference was fall of 2023, BALANCE, a one-day women's empowerment conference. The focus is Spiritual, Emotional, Psychological, and Physical balance. I was blessed to have some outstanding presenters, including Prophetess Kay Nash, to name one of them.
I am also the founder of Kingdom Encounter Ministries. Kingdom Encounter, Inc. is a non-profit religious and inspirational service-oriented organization that primarily focuses on providing resources and services that empower, equip, and build young adults and adult women with a life supporting the Kingdom of God in their sphere of influence. The primary methods are podcasts, blogs, printed resources, Masterclasses, consulting, and coaching.
Through one of the Holy Spirit's giftings of administration, my educational and professional background, I am a spiritual strategist. Wagner University's programs align with my gifts, desire, profession, and passion for using Godly principles and the Holy Spirit to lead and steer the process of building people, purpose with clarity of vision for the journey, and strength to focus on present opportunities that will shape their lives for the future. The future is always brighter than the past, including both successes and challenges.
My objective in pursuing my Doctor in Apostolic Leadership is to thoroughly equip myself and fuel my passion for empowering, inspiring, and shaping others by leading them on how to orchestrate their lives for global deployment for the Kingdom of God in their sphere of influence.
