Web programming

Use the two LEDs on PIC Curiosity board to create an up-counter and down-counter (i.e. sequence of 00, 01, 10, 11, 10, 01, 00) using software delay functions. Implement delay of approximately 2 seconds between each state of LEDs.
Submit detailed report with flowchart, pictures and adequate analysis of outputs. Also attach a video of working operation of LEDs.
