Basically write 5-6 values that I have learned and which you think you will use to justify while dealing ethical dilemma. Use a time line frame, and examples how, when, thru what incident you have determined to develop those value.
Keep in mind that I am 24 years old, and started my MBA. So construct a time-line of learning values based on that, and examples how I felt I should use it to judge ethical uncertain situation.
