US constitution

Constitutions reflect the society of which they were written for. In class, I have added that this may be true. With respect to the constitution of the United States, a document that many scholars consider ‘timeless’ in its ability to understand American society, please illustrate with at least two examples why the US constitution does or does not reflect modern-day society.
