Types of management styles to have effective leadership

Managers develop many different types of management styles to have effective leadership. Often, the successful use of each management style depends on embedded situations. In this assignment, students will discuss various management styles and how each style has a fit with a certain situation.
Use the readings and resources provided in our online lecture, textbook, Kean library, and reputable sources found on the Internet to support your viewpoints. Be sure to use your own voice in your answers. Simple copy and pastes will not be accepted. Be sure to cite all sources referenced by using MLA or APA guidelines.
Ch.9 describes many different management styles (e.g., Task Vs. People Centered Style, Participatory, Directing, or Teamwork Styles, Autocratic, Participative, and Free-reign styles, etc.). Why is it important to understand management style if you are an HR professional or manager? Discuss at least three points. (25 points, 1-2 pages, double space)
