The beautiful thing about Excel (or any MS Office application for that matter) is that you can find out how to do almost anything within the software itself. There is a shortcut for the Help feature in Excel, the F1 key (fn+F1 on a Mac). You can type whatever it is that you want to learn to do or have been wondering how to do, and press "Enter".
