Provide information in regards to the positions included in the budget, and explain changes from the previous fiscal year (i.e., Does the organization require more or fewer positions to provide services?). Note: Budgeted positions are usually referred to as "FTE's" or Full-Time Equivalent Positions. A quality budget document will list the number of FTE's for each fiscal year. A really good budget document will list the actual positions and job titles. You'll find this information on pages 200, 180, 181, 177, and 176
Provide information pertaining to capital outlay and/or “one-time” expenses, if any. Note: This is also sometimes referred to as fixed assets. Capital outlay are typically large expenditures that are not made on an annual basis (i.e. expensive computer software and/or hardware, furniture, equipment, vehicles, etc.). You'll find this information on pages 200, 180, 181, 177, and 176
