The deficiencies of the plan

Directions: Review the 5-year plan laid out by Emma Slatter in Reinventing Deutsche Bank. The plan, having been designed by the legal department, is heavily focused on compliance and changes to the governance structure. Draft a letter to Emma Slatter discussing:
1)    the deficiencies of the plan,
2)    the importance of ethics guiding behavior beyond the bare legal minimum, and
3)    the factors that encourage employees’ observance of corporate ethics programs.
4)    In addition, make recommendations for ways DB could improve its current ethical culture utilizing the nine features identified in Table 5.10 in Chapter 5 of your textbook.
