After reading Rebore (2015), Chapter 7, located on Module 5: Lecture Materials & Resources page, discuss performance evaluations, the value-added performance model, and the use of VAM scores to evaluate teachers and administrators. How are teachers and administrators evaluated in your school district/school? Furthermore, do you feel your school district’s evaluation is an effective measurement of your performance? Why?
