Building on your understanding of the demographics, characteristics, and multiple dimensions of students with disabilities, consider how you would work with students in this group to support student success. The emphasis of this task is to further understand a diverse student group, what problems this group experiences in achieving success, how you would work with those learners to enhance their success, and what conceptual framework you could utilize to support your practice. Write a 525- to 700-word summary in which you do the following: Select a problem associated with students with disabilities and create a problem statement that crystallizes the nature of this problem. Then, use the literature to support that problem. Identify 2 or 3 adult learning theories you would utilize with this diverse student group to support their success. Include the logic behind how those learning theories would contribute to the solution for the defined problem. Create a conceptual framework to support your assertions.
