Stakeholders When planning a DNP project, it is critical to identify and reach out to the key stakeholders. Stakeholders are defined by the Institute of Healthcare Improvement (2018) as "any person, group, or organization who can be positively or negatively impacted by, or cause an impact on, the actions or activities proposed."
