Social theory

Pick a classical sociological theorist (but not philosophers we may discuss) and do an in-depth research paper on the ideas of that theorist. Do not discuss biographies, focus on their intellectual contributions to social theory. The social theorist I chose would be George Herbert Mead. Focus on classical symbolic interactionism and his concept and ideas, not on his biography. Cover-page with all identifying information (Name, class title, assignment); a reference page with 10 source material - to be in ASA style (strictly enforced). One-inch margins should be set for every paper margin. The cover-page and reference page do not count as part of the total number of pages- you must write at least 6 full pages of text.
