Review a felony case study that involved an appeal due to excessive sentencing. Provide an overview of the case, and use critical thinking skills and analysis to determine if the sentencing was excessive or not. Your case study must be at least two pages in length, not counting the title page and references page. A minimum of two references must be used, one of which can be your textbook. Adhere to APA Style when constructing this assignment, and make certain to include in-text citations and references for all sources that are used. Please note that no abstract is needed.
