Using all relevant federal employment laws, and state employment laws if the scenario occurred in Florida, make a judgment with regard to which side should prevail in the case and provide the legal rationale you used to reach this decision. Note any assumptions you made to reach your decision. Be prepared to informally present your decision to the class.
