Professional Development Plan

1)What are your goals for the next 6 months?
I will schedule my NCLEX exam, and I was offered a position to start working at Mount Sinai
Medical Center, I applied for the BSN program and if I get accepted, I will start on fall semester.
2)How do you plan to achieve your goals for the next 6 months?
For the NCLEX preparation I will do go over some videos and do notes, I am planning to continue
doing ATI questions and I will do UWorld since everybody recommends it to me, in the job position I was
awarded as a Mount Sinai Medical Center to continue working as a new grad, but I will take the
advantage to prepare for the NCLEX exam during the following months until my start date, and finally
for my BSN program I will wait until get accepted and continue with discipline and getting all the
knowledge I can achieve to graduate.
3)What are your goals for the next 3 years?
In the next years I want to continue achieving my career, my plan is to apply to Florida
International University or other universities to go for Nurse Midwife, I also expect to move to
Obstetrics field as soon as I have the opportunity since is my dream.
