Create a business plan/project - by working individually, the student will prepare comprehensive plan fit for a chosen profit or non-profit organization. The business plan must begin with an executive summary. It must show the form of business set-up (corporation, partnership etc) and a formal organizational structure-depicting the hierarchy of the membership of the organization. The plan should present a mission and/or vision statement, as well as a description of its operational and competitive environment. A detailed start-up financial position and a five year profitability projection must be established within the framework of the company's short and long term strategic goals
