2- Explain the taste and texture difference of using the freshly baked Puff Pastry holder withthe Chicken Salad. Explain what the taste and texture difference might be if you were using sliced white bread with the Chicken Salad.
3- What was your opinion of the Hot-Smoked Shrimp? Because the shrimp was not soaked for very long, could you tell that the smoke was on the outside but that the inside of the shrimp had a different flavor?
