For this discussion, find your employer's policy on providing references to prospective employers. If you do not
have a current employer, use a former employer's handbook or a university employee handbook available on
the Web.
Post the policy and identify the employer and the policy date. List three things that are good and three things
you feel are deficient regarding the policy. You should post early in the week so that other learners have time to
review your post.

Review the posts of other learners and identify any themes that emerge. Respond to a post that exemplifies
one or more themes, identifying the themes you have noticed and explaining why you believe those themes
exist.
