Personal statement on a young black women

I am terrible at writing and explaining myself. This paper is for law school applications. My goal for this statement is to have it be organized around a them/life lesson. I also would like other examples of black women and the recent court hearing on affirmative action. I grew up in a predominately white community and went to predominately white schools/colleges because that’s what i thought would get you to high success. I graduated uni in 2 years made all the right grades and did all the right clubs but i am somewhat still unfulfilled because i was fulfilling the desires of others, specifically white people. My turning point came when I confronted the stark realities of racial injustice, particularly for Black women, in the workplace and academia. I had spent damn near my whole life unconsciously fulfilling white desires yet still denied because of the way i looked, or my assumed background. I come from a family with high expectations that failed to acknowledge nothing excepts for my achievements. What about my representation? My identity? My influence for young black girls? I was navigating on my own. I want this personal statement to be thought provoking. I uploaded a rough of what I’ve been working with…it is very, very rough. Please help
