Orthodontic wire bending Leadership Project papers will include the following aspects (specific details for each point are outlined at the bottom of this document): Introduction Literature review (minimum of 5 sources) Project descriiption Project (instructional videos or manuals for education or health care settings, brochures, community project etc.) Any manuals, brochures, etc. created for project should be submitted as appendices in final document Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) analysis of the project/organization Project planning and development (goals, objectives, strategies, target audience, and timeline) Implementation strategies utilized to implement the project during the semester Evaluation strategies should address project outcomes. This may include for example a pre-test/post-test or survey or some other form of validation to use as evidence of the effectiveness of the project and ability to meet the project goal or other appropriate assessments.
