Mediation

· Describe the situation that you selected as a candidate for mediation. Include basic information about the conflict itself, the parties involved, issues related to the conflict, and any other information that helps to represent the conflict. · Apply the six conditions associated with decreased mediation success to the conflict that you chose. Using these as a gauge, describe why your conflict would be a good candidate for mediation by explaining how it fits into the spectrum of each condition. · Apply the factors that suggest the use of mediation, again by explaining how your conflict meets these "requirements."
