Malnutrition

Older adults may present with malnutrition for unique and multifactorial reasons. Describe how the older adult may present with malnutrition, including physical exam findings and lab and other diagnostic findings. Also discuss the impact depression, sensory changes, mobility, dentition, absorption, and finances may have on the older adult, and develop a plan for how you would manage this condition. Consider community resources and referrals you may include in your plan.
