Leadership in crisis

ASSIGNED READING: Koehn, N. F. (2003). Leadership in crisis: Ernest
Shackleton and the epic voyage of the Endurance. Boston, Mass.: Harvard
Business School.
Each student shall provide a 4 to 5 page written analysis and synthesis of the
selected reading(s). This paper shall go beyond a mere summary and should be as
concise as possible. For successful completion of this paper, students should be
able to identify situations within the text that relate to the 8 course objectives listed
on syllabus.
Additionally, students must incorporate knowledge from class as it relates to
Leadership and Decision Making.
