International relation

Answer the following question: Is international relations theory sufficiently inclusive of different perspectives and identities (gender, race, region, class, etc.)? Should it be more so? Or does existing theory tell us what we need to know? What is to be gained or lost in paradigm that seems to be more inclusive?
