Five strengths
There have to be some reliability traits in a working environment that make one a preferred choice to handle some tasks. For the employer to give one of the workers the mandate for supervision means they are very reliable and can be trusted with the company's secrets. In a business setup, competition is the key, and it is only done by producing the best quality products, which will attract more customers. Therefore, for the manager to leave the supervision duties to one of the workers, their competitive skills in production are perfect, and they can handle colleagues with ease.
Being a deliverer in a business organization means the management shall gain all trust, a deliverer can supply the necessary goods needed, and they must be reliable in their duties. When goods are delivered to the customers on time, it maintains the relationship between customers and the company. (Jagadeesha et al., 2020). Philomath is the urge to learn and get to know more about new ideas from the books and articles; in a company where production takes place, knowledge from the books is essential as they equip the managers with the knowledge on how to handle workers and customers.
A believer in business takes all the risks hoping that they will yield fruits; a business manager must be able to take risks to enable the company to grow steadily. A coach in business means someone who can issue guidelines in a company or any industry and set up the guide both junior and senior employees (Murwani & Tohang, 2020). In a company, some humanity is needed; an empathizer listens to the workers' requests and acts where necessary; this will promote unity in the company, enabling workers to work diligently with morale, increasing productivity. To succeed, the one left in charge of the company must possess all the five strengths.
