Human nature or a human essence

Write an essay on: Sartre argues that there is no such thing as a human nature or a human essence. To be a human is to be free and self-defining. What could he mean by this? Is it realistic? Isn't freedom constrained and defined by human biology, neurobiology, history, and society?
