Hospital Compare Assignment

Assignment Instructions:
For this assignment, each student will examine patient outcome measures (CLABSI or CAUTI) of a selected hospital and compare these outcomes to the
state average and national benchmark. Present these findings and discuss how they are relevant to patient morbidity and mortality. Compile data into a chart
or table format and insert into the paper. The following three points must be included: Hospital outcome data, State outcome data, National benchmark
standard.
No title page is required for this assignment. While there is not minimum page or word limit for this assignment, the assignment must be double spaced with
1-inch margins. Headings, page numbers, and font should follow APA guidelines. A minimum of four references less than 5 years old are required. In-text and
reference page citations must be provided in APA format.
Submitted document should be in Microsoft Word of PDF format. The submitted documents will all be returned in PDF format.
