Mostly it is geriatric population that live alone, they come to the center to play games, do aerobics, to get free hot meals, we do weekly blood pressure checks, and they get consultations with nurse Mary on site.
Diabetes, high BP. and heart disease are one of the main issues among the population. Presentation should be in very simple words, engaging, maybe in the form of games, people are elderly, they can't move, hard of hearing and will come for free food.
