• Participate in technical design clarification and project meetings.
• Define problems and improve the quality of the electric and hydraulic steering systems to ensure quality

    Yes
    • Collaborated across senior engineering functions help me to visualize the bigger picture of the projects and
    how proposed solution for different kind of running line issues and maximize possible outcome which gave me
    a chance to learn the keys to successful achievement

    • Having positive energy help me to contribute and add values to my work team also present the passion to
    cover delay deliverables report while my team leader away

    • The company provide trainings to extend the worker knowledge and prepare them to solve the problem
    • How will you do this? More learning on the job from other senior team members, participating in meetings,
    taking online courses and/or any other means/methods available to you either within the organization or
    outside the organization.
