Nursing professional practice is very significant in the determination of quality patient healthcare outcomes. APRNs roles and demands have highly risen due to the rapid population growth and the establishment of more healthcare facilities. The rapidly developing and changing world and technology have changed and advanced the nursing practice and the advancement of APRNs (Kleinpell, 2014). To reduce the gap in medicine from being problematic for the advancement of APRNs roles to suit the modern world and be relevant to the wide range of opportunities associated with current advanced nursing practices and requirements that require expatriate nursing care at an advanced practice nurses should make efforts to learn and practice standard patient care delivery, learn and advance in the uses of technology in their professional practice, nurses union should have uniformity in licensing and certification of nurses to avoid the feeling of superiority or juniority among nurses.
