Flag Football Coach

My challenge involved me being a youth flag football coach. I had some parents sideline coaching telling me where and when to play certain kids in order for the team to win. So parents were worried about winning over sportsmanship I was also directed by the head organizer to make all the playtime fair and equal, as well as to give each of the kids a chance to play each position if they desired.
