4.​How is the organization financed?
5.​What insurance is accepted?
6.​What are the patient demographics?
7.​How is quality care defined? Is patient safety part of the definition? Is the term “evidenced-based practice†used in any definitions?
8.​How are quality patient outcomes defined and measured?
