Ethics and Diversity

Ethics and Diversity Cases on pp. 273-281--this section highlights several cases. Review them and choose
one that you find personally interesting. Once you have decided on the case, include the following in 2-3-
paragraphs.

1. Provide additional details on the case and note if there have been any more impacts since the decision in
   the case (search on Google, or other sources).
2. Research the case. Use the internet and your text for research. Write 2-3-paragraphs that explains:
   o The most recent court rulings in each case,
   o Any subsequent legal actions, and
   o Implications for workers. How does the case impact workers today
