Employees leaving their company

Conduct research on this topic: What are the main reasons for organizational members (employees and managers) to leave their companies in Miami?
You can ask people working in Miami, “why would you leave your company?” or “what would motivate you to leave your job and look for a new job?”
Your sample size should be between 20 to 30 respondents (i.e., ten managers and ten employees)
You can present your results using some bar charts, pie charts, frequency tables,.. (Excel, Word, SPSS,…)
Do you think there is a significant difference between the reasons for leaving companies between managers and employees?

Do you think male and female employees (and managers) have different reasons for leaving their jobs?
