Discovery Planning Meeting

Chapter 13 of the Block (2011) text deals with getting the picture of what is happening in regards to client problems. Having moved through the contracting phase, we are now ready to do Discovery. This assignment will deal with both theory (i.e. academic definition and discussion) and application (how it could apply to the case study) as it deals with Discovery.
Read chapter 13 and then examine Checklist #5 of Blocks, Flawless Consulting. First, define and elaborate on the theory behind each of the 7 elements of the Discovery Planning Meeting (i.e., checklist #5). Be through. Then, discuss how this might play out in the Vanilla Healthcare case study. Make up whatever mock data that is needed to discuss the elements. Just use the case study as your base.
Open the Week 5 - Discovery Planning Meeting template and complete it with depth in both theory and application (based on the checklist). It is located under the Content section. Save and upload the file as:

You may use resources in addition to Block (2011). But, you must use the Block text. This assignment should be 4+ pages in length.
