Creating Cultural Change that Sticks

You are the CEO of a 5 year old company. You have noticed that employees have stopped innovating and you are eager to change this. Defend specific actions that you will take to encourage innovation and make sure that the cultural change "sticks." Be sure to reference all four of the required readings for this week.
