Constructing a family tree

Construct a family tree that will consist of both your genetic and medical history of your family.
Include only blood relatives
Include physical and psychosocial conditions such as heart disease, cancer, mental retardation, depression, Alzheimer’s, addictions, etc.
Summarize the above material
Show a pattern of occurrence of specific conditions in your family
Include a LEAST 4 generations, including great grandparents, grandparents, parents yourself and your children. If you have no information about your family….interview someone else and report about them.
Describe, if any, are the implications for you?
What are your plans to address these issues?
End the assignment with an overall summary of what you learned- what surprised you…etc.
