Use the Generating a Research Question table on p. 45 in The Bedford Researcher to generate potential research questions. You do not need to complete every cell in the table, and you may create more than one question in each cell if you like.
To complete the activity, choose a column, such as "Information," and then generate questions to focus on—for example, defining what is known about the issue, tracing causes and effects, charting trends, and so on.
