The purpose of this assignment is to apply a comprehensive planning tool to help create a communications plan for an organization. Using the question prompts provided in the "MGT-325: Creating a Communications Plan" template, address each of the following sections: Key Stakeholders Key Activities Communications Team Communication Goals Key Messages and Stories Target Personas Communication Channels and Techniques Communications Budget Tracking/Measuring Results On page 1 of the "MGT-325: Creating a Communications Plan" template, write a 300-word summary based on your research. Include two or three resources in your references list (see page 3 of the template) with at least one from the Wall Street Journal. While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using
