Black-White relations

After wrapping up the current Black-White relations last week, we have examined the intergroup relationships the U.S. has had with American Indians. In at least 175 words, what are your thoughts, reactions, attitudes on these topics? Can you draw any parallels between African-Americans and Native Americans today? Do any theories or concepts from the first few weeks of class seem especially pertinent to today? Do you think our culture has been accepting of our past with these groups? Did any of the readings have a greater affect for you personally?
