BF190 Modernity and the Contemporary World Contents: Compare and contrast some of the key ideas presented in the course readings by 2 of the authors covered in the course so far (Machiavelli, Kant, Plato, and Hobbes). Describe your own opinion on these ideas and compare and contrast your opinion with those expressed by the authors you have chosen. Discuss only the texts assigned as readings in the course.
