Assess Team-based Compensation Systems

Assume you are an HR consultant who was recently hired by a cereal factory that is planning to implement team-based compensation for the first time. The CEO of the company wants to learn more about team compensation before making any decisions. Prepare a brochure about the types of team-based pay and discuss its strengths and benefits. Design a 4-sided brochure that depicts the following:
• Discuss the general benefits and limitations of team compensation.
• List and explain three types of team compensation systems.
• Offer a recommendation to the CEO about which type of team-based compensation should the company choose. Explain why and identify its benefits.
• Include graphics and images to support your presentation.
• Choose an appropriate software program to create your brochure, but if you use a specialized graphics program, be sure to save your document in a portable format such as a PDF or a JPEG before submitting it to your instructor.
• Conclude with a summary.
