Research a single author. If you choose this option, I am asking you to delve more deeply than we’ve been able to do so far into the life and work of one author known for their contribution to Holocaust literature and develop an argument about the significance of this individual and their work. Your paper should include both biographical information about the author and their experience during (or in relation to) the Holocaust, and analysis of the author’s published work, situating, to the extent possible, whatever was assigned for this class in the context of their full bibliography.
