An analysis of an effective leader

Choose a leader that you think is/was effective. Discuss the leader by providing a short bio, some successes, and why you think he or she was effective. Also discuss what leadership style this person appeared to use. Be sure to cite properly, and do not discuss a leader that someone else has discussed.
