Student task: Create an accurate budget for the musical festival for 20,000 visitors, 10 musical performances and work on the sponsorship request (pitch) for this event.
Write a detailed budget that will consist of all possible items that a musical festival needs for set-up, operation and post production. Create a Sponsorship Request for the potential governmental institution or private company. Present at least 10 reasons why the sponsor will get a benefit from participation in the project. Describe all possible outcomes of collaboration and explain how to implement the sponsor's product to a programme of the event.
